Frequently asked questions

Make sure the controller is plugged directly into a USB port (not through an unpowered hub) and that the Nexora Luma app has finished installing its drivers. Try a different USB cable or port, then restart the app. Windows may take a few seconds to enumerate the device on first connection.

Confirm the premium high-density RGB strip is oriented correctly — the arrows on the strip must point away from the controller. Check that the data and power lines are seated firmly. If only part of the strip lights up, the LED count in Settings may be higher than your physical strip.

Nexora Luma supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). Screen sync uses the Windows Desktop Duplication API, so it works with most modern GPUs from NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel with up-to-date drivers.
